5. Payments, Digital Content, and Refund Policy
Payments for courses, coaching, or services are processed securely via Stripe or other trusted providers. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may be updated without prior notice. Access to services is granted only after full payment has been received.

5.1 Online Courses (Digital Content)
Our online courses constitute digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content.
As a commercial satisfaction guarantee, we offer a 14-day refund policy for online courses. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of the original purchase date, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@arvinspiration.com or via the contact form available on our website.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5.2 Coaching Services
For one-to-one coaching services, the first session is eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you determine it is not the right fit. Once additional sessions have been delivered, payments are non-refundable, as coaching services are personalized and tailored to your specific needs.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, no additional refunds apply beyond those described above.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Ucancoach – Arvinspiration (including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, and presentations) is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use of the content.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without prior written permission.
Trademarks Ucancoach and Arvinspiration are legally protected.

7. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer
Our coaching services, courses, and content are provided for educational and motivational purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
Results may vary depending on your personal circumstances and effort.
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions after receiving coaching or training.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ucancoach – Arvinspiration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
